Digital asset volatility
Digital asset prices can move rapidly and may become highly volatile due to market sentiment, liquidity, regulatory events, technology updates, security incidents or macroeconomic conditions.
Users may lose some or all of the value of digital assets held or traded on the platform.
Liquidity and execution risk
Order execution depends on available market liquidity, order book depth, network conditions and platform availability.
Orders may execute partially, at a different price than expected, or not execute at all. Market data may also be delayed, unavailable or affected by third-party sources.
Blockchain and network risk
Deposits and withdrawals depend on external blockchain networks, miners, validators, smart contracts, RPC providers and wallet infrastructure outside Bitbegin control.
Congestion, chain reorganizations, smart contract defects, network forks, gas fee changes or validator issues can delay or prevent transactions.
Security and custody risk
Users must protect passwords, two-factor authentication, devices, API keys and email accounts. A compromised user account can lead to irreversible loss.
Although Bitbegin applies security controls, no online system can guarantee complete protection against cyberattacks, outages or operational failures.
Regulatory and tax risk
Digital asset regulation may change quickly and can affect access to services, asset availability, taxation, reporting obligations and user eligibility.
Users are responsible for understanding and meeting tax, reporting and legal obligations in their own jurisdiction.
No guarantee of profit
Bitbegin does not guarantee returns, liquidity, listing performance, asset value, uninterrupted service or suitability of any digital asset.
Users should trade only after understanding the risks and should not commit funds they cannot afford to lose.
